The San Carlo story first began in 1992 in Birmingham, when Carlo Distefano opened the first San Carlo restuarant. San Carlo quickly became a favorite with many of the city's residents due to it's authentic Italian food, ambient atmoshere and high service standards. San Carlo now operates throughout the country with leading restaurants in Bristrol, Leicester, Manchester and Liverpool.
